This is not a parish council meeting, it is a meeting of residents with an opportunity to air your opinions/requests/complaints etc  Hopefully the guest speaker will be the Chair of Clifton parish council –  Clifton has bought a solar powered  Auto Speed Watch camera (costs about £600) & Jonathan will be reporting on their experiences.
